It is not wierd for an individual to only experience one panic attack, but be so consumed by the fear of having another that they develop other conditions, for instance.

It's also vital to understand that panic and stress attacks can fundamentally be linked to your body's rather natural reply to danger. Without reference to whether the fear is real or only understood, your body is probably going to reply in the same manner-with an increased sense of stress. These symptoms leave us with two choices-to either stay and face the fear or leave from it. Considering the overpowering physical symptoms, most choose the latter option. Learning a technique to overcome panic attacks and stress permanently so involves learning a way to make preparations for the feelings related to panic and anxiety attacks and conquer them.

One way to make a response to this is through continuing care which will help you to address the fears that may result in panic and stress attacks.

Regardless of what methodologies you use to beat stress and overcome panic attacks, please bear in mind that you must dedicate effort and time to the strategy. In several cases this will mean practicing those strategies on an once per day basis in order for them to attain success. Over time you can learn the way to overcome panic attacks and stress permanently and take back control of your life.

What Are Anti-anxiety Drugs?

Majority of the anti-anxiety drugs, nowadays, that are usually given are Klonopin and Xanax. They replace the less effective and more addictive anti-anxiety drugs of the former ones that consist of valium. They are harmless to take on a short-run basis and you should only take them at the time you are experiencing anxiety disorder. They will aid to cool the way you feel down and cause the anxiety to go away.

The disadvantages of taking anti-anxiety drugs is that they develop some forms of tolerance inside your system and it will result to some kind of steady withdrawal at the time you attempt to halt taking the drugs. If you feel the anxiety disorder is awful, just chill till you begin the withdrawal. Medical practitioners have their own method of aiding one to quit taking anxiety medications and it won't make you act as if you are stressing your mind. You are detached off the drugs with the aid of some drugs. When you begin to ingest anti-anxiety drugs, utilize them meagerly and don't form the habit of depending on them. When you begin to feel you are consuming more than the way it was prescribed, then there is every reason to talk to a medical practitioner concerning a withdrawal program.

How Panic Attacks Are Triggered

Severe attacks are difficult for your loved ones to understand, unless you actually have experienced them yourself it is not easy to empathize. If you are dealing with panic attacks then you know the loneliness and isolation that they cause. Often times people with anxiety disorder or panic attack disorder become depressed and withdrawn because of the loneliness. Understanding what is happening to your body is the first step to cure panic attack symptoms.

Scientist have proven the changes in the blood flow to the brain during a panic attack. Blood flow in the brain actually changes. The front of the brain, called the prefrontal cortex, controls decision making and rationalization. During a panic attack blood flow moves from the front of the brain to the mid part of the brain, called the periaqueductal gray area. The mid part of the brain is where survival mechanisms are controlled. This is where the "fight or flight" instinct originates from.

Once a panic attack begins the blood flow in the brain has already shifted to the mid brain. Your brain is in control and it is almost impossible for you to regain control until the brain returns to normal activity.

What Are Anti-Depressants?

Anti-depressants can also be referred as sedative drug. These days majority of anti-depressants medications are applied with a mixture of anti-anxiety. Anxiety attacks do not usually occur on its own; it is mainly the outcome of an inherent circumstance, and in majority of the circumstances is triggered by depression. Anxiety can also result to a crippling condition if it is left untreated, same goes to depression. This justifies the reason why majority of the doctors, first, handle the causes of the disorder instead of just its symptoms.

Anti-depressants nowadays consist of SSRI drugs. These involve Zoloft, Prozac and Paxil. They also have adverse effects which are sexual adverse effects, dryness of the mouth, sleepiness and reaction in the stomach. After you have taken the drugs, it will take sometime before it reaches your bloodstream. As for most persons, it usually takes about 2 weeks before you begin to look okay.

They also have adverse effects in the long run; this simply means that you should check your blood flow constantly to see that they don't get impaired to your kidneys or liver. As for most of the persons, ingesting the prescribed dose of these drugs will aid them to subdue the disorder. The downside of them is that it consumes a lot of time before getting inside your body and most persons just abandon them as they sense is not functioning well for them. The rest of others might believe that their depression has been treated and therefore quit taking the tablets. I don't recommend you to quit taking the drugs unless it is recommended and guided by a licensed medical practitioner.

Anxiety Disorders Treatment: Prozac Information

Fluoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat depression, anxiety disorders (panic attacks), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), a certain eating disorder (bulimia), and a severe form of premenstrual syndrome (premenstrual dysphoric disorder).

SSRIs work by helping to restore the balance of certain natural substances in the brain (neurotransmitters such as serotonin). Fluoxetine may improve your mood, sleep, appetite, and energy level and may help restore your interest in daily living. It may decrease anxiety/unreasonable fears, persistent/troubling thoughts (obsessions), and unwanted urges that keep returning (compulsions). It may decrease the number and severity of panic attacks. Fluoxetine may lessen premenstrual symptoms such as irritability, increased appetite, and depression. It may decrease bingeing and purging behaviors in bulimia.

How To Use Prozac?

Read the Medication Guide provided by your pharmacist before you start using fluoxetine and each time you get a refill. If you have any questions, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Take this medication by mouth with or without food, usually once daily or as directed by your doctor. This medication may make you either sleepy or wakeful. Therefore, depending on how this medication affects you, your doctor may direct you to take the entire dose once daily in either the morning or evening. If you are taking this medication twice a day, your doctor may direct you to take it in the morning and at noon.

If you are using the liquid form of this medication, measure the dose carefully using a special measuring device/spoon. Do not use a household spoon because you may not get the correct dose.
If you are taking fluoxetine for premenstrual problems, your doctor may direct you to take it every day of the month or just for the 2 weeks before your period through the first full day of your period. To help you remember, mark your calendar.

The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. To reduce your risk of side effects, your doctor may start you at a low dose and gradually increase your dose. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Do not take more or less medication or take it more frequently than prescribed. Your condition will not improve any faster, and your risk of side effects will increase. Use this medication regularly in order to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, use it at the same time(s) each day.

It is important to continue taking this medication as prescribed even if you feel well. Do not stop taking this medication without first consulting your doctor. Some conditions may become worse when the drug is abruptly stopped. Your dose may need to be gradually decreased.

You should see some improvement in 1 to 2 weeks. It may take several weeks before you feel the full benefit.

Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve or if it worsens.

How should I take Xanax?

Take Xanax exactly as it was prescribed for you. Do not take the medication in larger amounts, or take it for longer than recommended by your doctor. Follow the directions on your prescription label.

Your doctor may occasionally change your dose to make sure you get the best results from this medication.

Xanax may be habit-forming and should be used only by the person it was prescribed for. Xanax should never be shared with another person, especially someone who has a history of drug abuse or addiction. Keep the medication in a secure place where others cannot get to it. Do not crush, chew, or break an extended-release tablet. Swallow the pill whole. It is specially made to release medicine slowly in the body. Breaking the pill would cause too much of the drug to be released at one time.

Measure the liquid form of Xanax with a special dose-measuring spoon or cup, not a regular table spoon. If you do not have a dose-measuring device, ask your pharmacist for one.

To take alprazolam orally disintegrating tablets (Niravam):

-*- Using dry hands, remove a tablet from the bottle and place the tablet on your tongue. It will begin to dissolve right away.
-*- Do not swallow the tablet whole. Allow it to dissolve in your mouth without chewing.
-*- Swallow several times as the tablet dissolves. If desired, you may drink liquid after the tablet has completely dissolved.

Contact your doctor if this medicine seems to stop working as well in treating your panic or anxiety symptoms.

Your symptoms may return when you stop using Xanax after using it over a long period of time. You may also have seizures or withdrawal symptoms when you stop using Xanax. Withdrawal symptoms may include blurred vision, trouble concentrating, loss of appetite, diarrhea, muscle twitching, numbness or tingling, or increased sensations.
Do not stop using Xanax suddenly without first talking to your doctor. You may need to use less and less before you stop the medication completely.

To be sure this medication is helping your condition, your doctor will need to check your progress on a regular basis. Do not miss any scheduled visits to your doctor.
Store Xanax at room temperature away from moisture, heat, and light. Remove any cotton from the bottle of disintegrating tablets, and keep the bottle tightly closed.

Keep track of how many pills have been used from each new bottle of this medicine. Benzodiazepines are drugs of abuse and you should be aware if any person in the household is using this medicine improperly or without a prescription.

What happens if I miss a dose?

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the medicine at your next regularly scheduled time. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose.

What happens if I overdose?

Seek emergency medical attention if you think you have used too much of this medicine. An overdose of this medicine can be fatal.

Xanax overdose symptoms may include extreme drowsiness, confusion, muscle weakness, loss of balance or coordination, feeling light-headed, fainting, or coma.

What should I avoid while taking Xanax?

Do not drink alcohol while taking Xanax. This medication can increase the effects of alcohol. Xanax can cause side effects that may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be awake and alert.

Grapefruit and grapefruit juice may interact with Xanax and lead to potentially dangerous effects. Discuss the use of grapefruit products with your doctor. Do not increase or decrease the amount of grapefruit products in your diet without first talking to your doctor.

What are the possible side effects of Xanax?

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:

* unusual risk-taking behavior, decreased inhibitions, no fear of danger;
* depressed mood, thoughts of suicide or hurting yourself;
* hyperactivity, agitation, hostility, hallucinations;
* feeling light-headed, fainting;
* seizure (convulsions);
* urinating less than usual or not at all;
* muscle twitching, tremor; or
* jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).

Less serious Xanax side effects may include:

* drowsiness, dizziness, feeling irritable;
* amnesia or forgetfulness, trouble concentrating;
* sleep problems (insomnia);
* muscle weakness, lack of balance or coordination, slurred speech;
* blurred vision;
* nausea, vomiting, constipation, appetite or weight changes;
* dry or watery mouth, increased sweating; or
* loss of interest in sex.

Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

What other drugs will affect Xanax?

Before using Xanax, tell your doctor if you regularly use other medicines that make you sleepy (such as cold or allergy medicine, narcotic pain medicine, sleeping pills, muscle relaxers, and medicine for seizures, depression, or anxiety). They can add to sleepiness caused by Xanax.

Before taking Xanax, tell your doctor if you are using any of the following drugs:

* birth control pills;
* cimetidine (Tagamet);
* diltiazem (Tiazac, Cartia, Cardizem);
* isoniazid (IsonaRif, Rifamate);
* propoxyphene (Darvon, Darvocet);
* seizure medication;
* antibiotics such as fluconazole (Diflucan), itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral); or
* antidepressants such as fluvoxamine (Luvox), desipramine (Norpramin), or imipramine (Janimine, Tofranil).

If you are using any of these drugs, you may not be able to use Xanax, or you may need dosage adjustments or special tests during treatment.

There may be other drugs not listed that can affect Xanax. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and over-the-counter medications you use. This includes vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and drugs prescribed by other doctors. The neuroses are quite serious still, since they are chronic. They lead to a social embarrassment among those who suffer, and many become an obstacle in their individual life.

Neurotic anxiety is characterized by regular occurrence, on a permanent anguish, anxiety attacks or repeated panic attack syndrome.

This neurosis develops on anxious personalities, which generally have the following characters:

An important shyness;

A great emotion and hypersensitivity;

A major difficulty in making decisions;

A state of permanent mental tension;

A search of perfection;

A need to be reassured constantly.

Anxiety attacks or panic attack syndrome are painful episodes that reflect intense fears, uncontrolled and without reason. They last a few tens of minutes to several hours. At the end of the crisis, the person is able to recognize the absurd and excessive. The characteristics of the crisis are:

* They may be more or less frequent (daily, weekly, ...) and it is their frequency that determines the impact of the disease on sick people.

* The beginning is brutal, often at night. The patient with a very strong feeling of imminent danger, disaster inevitable. Often, there is a feeling of imminent death or sink into madness.

* At the same time there is a sense of helplessness, and the belief that there is nothing to do, there is no way to avoid this danger. This conviction leads to a permanent state of agitation, or rather a turn inward and prostration.

* The subject often has difficulty breathing and a pressure of a weight on the chest, it is also common to have at the same time "dizzy": these symptoms are purely imaginary and there is not really dizziness or trouble breathing real.

* There are some physical signs that are associated with the crisis, such as increased heart rate, tremors, sweating and a pale face.

Apart from these anxiety symptoms there are a number of symptoms that are only psychological in their origin, they are not based on a biological problem but can "simulate" other health problems (fifths of coughing, difficulty breathing, feeling ball in the stomach, hiccups, heart palpitations, sexual difficulties, tremor, headache, ...).

The True Anxiety Panic Disorder Treatment

The anxiety and anguish are not emotions itself. They are not carriers of information as are the emotions (sadness, anger, for example). Instead, they hide their emotions and concerns. If I sincerely ask myself this question, I have a reliable answer. If I listen carefully to my answer and does not deny I will be in contact with a hot topic probably, but crucial.
We all have moments of anxiety. Certain types of people, however, are more likely to live or frequently over a long period. These are people who tend to put their problems aside. It is well known, this is not because we try to forget a problem that disappears on the contrary, it amplifies usually. Among these people, anxiety is growing as concerns pile. That is perhaps why we have the impression that people anxious and distressed continuously walk on tiptoe, as to avoid walking on eggs. It is that there are lots of eggs that dot their way! Moreover, such as unresolved problems can generate other, they give the impression to walk in a circle suffocating in which they end up having difficulty breathing.

This is often done to anticipate the action to take to resolve the problem that arouses fear to confront the problem. If I believe that I must cancel my invitation, leave my job when identifying my problem, it is possible that I'm hurried. I am not ready for it immediately and I probably do not know yet if this is the solution to choose. I'll have me look at the problem and examine it before considering the solution.

To overcome all of this there exist several treatment, but in reality there is no such a magical treatment for anxiety panic disorder, it's all up to you and you need to take action to change your life.

The Effective Treatment For Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Sometimes, it manifests itself in an abnormal way and becomes a fully fledged disease. This kind of anxiety can disrupt your life with it presence, at least if they occur in unpredictable ways and unexpected., but regardless of what you have been led to believe, panic attacks and general anxiety can be cured in easy-to-follow steps without any medication.

Now let's briefly describe some common panic attack:

Social phobia

This panic attacks are triggered by social situations where you are afraid of being judged by others. You are very interested in what your entourage and others in general may think of you.

An example of this situation is where a student must make an oral presentation in class, it is normal to feel some anxiety, but if it paralyzes it totally he may enters the pathological situation. The boundaries between normality and phobia is not always clear ...

Specific phobias

This panic attacks are triggered by a stimulus (blood, spiders, mice, snakes, heights, germs, airplanes, dog, etc..) Or a particular situation (arriving late for work, crowd, department stores, elevators, and so on. ). The object or situation is clearly defined and its presence is seen as a threat, which invariably leads to a response of the person anxiety (panic, need to drink to the point that many people can not leave without a bottle of water). This problem usually leads the subject to behave "avoidance" where possible.

How to Cure Anxiety Attack and Depression Panic

Because we are afraid that we escape when necessary to dangers that we can not face: a fire, an armed robber, for example.

Now let's briefly describe most known anxiety attack and depression panic. Anxiety occurs as a result of events clearly identifiable, to helps us cope with them and then disappears at the same time that his cause.

But it happens in some people that anxiety manifests itself in an abnormal way: either because it occurs without reason, or because its intensity and the answers that are involved don't commensurate with the triggering event. This is known as pathological anxiety.
This pathological anxiety can take many aspects of which usually distinguish schematically five main scenes:

The generalized anxiety disorder;

The phobias;

The obsessive-compulsive disorder;

The panic;

The post-traumatic stress.

These tables are quite frequent since estimated that 3 to 5% of the population has presented one of them at one time or another of his life.

The multiple causes

The causes of pathological anxiety are poorly understood. It is clear that some people are more prone to anxiety attack and depression panic than the average. We also know that social factors play an important role: hyperanxious parents tend to transmit their own anxieties to their children. Some families where children are neglected or abused are obviously providers of anxiety disorders. The psychological traumas of childhood or adulthood are often a triggering event.

How to Cope With Panic Attacks

It will be promoted by stimulants (coffee, tea), inactivity, isolation, loneliness, illness. This sentiment eventually impairs thinking and daily functioning of the person who suffers and the challenge will be controlling anxiety and panic attacks.

So let's briefly look at some cause of anxiety and panic attacks.

Anxiety is sometimes organic origin and certain diseases can trigger such as heart or respiratory failure, myocardial infarction or a malfunction of the thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism). The abuse of certain drugs and certain drugs can also cause symptoms of anxiety. Finally, anxiety may be a symptom of a nervous breakdown, certain psychoses and most neuroses. Some theories have associated with sexual dissatisfaction, others to fear of losing something you love. Today, experts believe that anxiety disorders come from a combination of factors, both biochemical, psychological and behavioral, social and cultural rights.

There exist several type of anxiety one of theme is phobias which is more permanent and comprehensive, but it crystallizes on the particular circumstances that make it happen. You do not feel particular concern in your daily life, but the anxiety arises when you are facing the situation that triggers the phobia. Controlling anxiety and panic attacks in this case is easy: just avoid the situation that create it. The disadvantage is that many phobias correspond to situations that occur frequently throughout your life and they can therefore become very disabling and are much more difficult to manage. The most common are: agoraphobia, fear of public places and crowds, the claustrophobia: fear of enclosed places, elevators, airplanes, private rooms for example; zoophobies: fear of certain animals, mice, dogs, cats in particular.

There are two main types of phobias: on the one hand, social phobia, fear of situations in which one is confronted with relationships with others (fear of public speaking, fear of his superiors exaggerated, abnormal timidity in his personal relationships ...) and other phobias of objects or situations that do not involve social relations (claustrophobia, fear of animals).

Panic Disorder - Are Women More Prone to Panic Attacks ?

Pounding heart, dizziness and sheer terror for no apparent reason are among the symptoms of a panic attack or anxiety disorder that strikes mostly women.

Three million or more Americans suffer from panic disorder which was recognized as a distinct psychiatric condition 12 years ago. Dr. Frederick K. Goodwin, director of the National Institute of Mental Health, said 75 percent of those who suffer from panic disorder do not get the help they need - although a variety of therapies can lift the paralyzing fear for 70 percent to 90 percent of sufferers.

Panic disorder, which usually surfaces during teen-age years or early 20s, affects twice as many women as men. An attack may last only seconds or minutes, but leaves a victim unsteady for some time afterward.

Fear of Anticipation

Frequently, the anticipation of having subsequent attacks is more frightening than an attack itself.

Panic disorder is diagnosed when either an unprovoked episode of at least four of the following symptoms occurs within one month, or when one such attack is followed by persistent fear of having another:

•    Intense terror
•    Sweating
• Numbness or tingling, especially in the hands or feet
•    Hot or cold flashes
•    Shortness of breath
•    Chest discomfort
•    Feelings of unreality
•    Nausea
•    Choking or smothering sensations
• Fear of losing control, going crazy or dying
•    Faintness
•    Heart palpitations
•    Trembling

Sufferers may be overwhelmed by a sense of impending doom and a feeling of unreality. They often think they are having a stroke, heart attack or that they're losing their mind, as the chest pains they are experiencing can also be a symptom of a panic attack. Some manage to function. Others are forced to give up their jobs and relationships. Many treat their condition with alcohol or illicit drugs. As many as 20 percent of these people may attempt suicide, according to Myrna Weissman, professor of epidemiology at the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University and the New York State Psychiatric Institute in New York City.

A substantial number of panic disorder sufferers develop agoraphobia, avoiding situations where they imagine an attack might occur or where help or escape would be difficult. Agoraphobics may be unable to eat in restaurants, travel in cars or planes, cross wide streets or shop in supermarkets. Some may not venture outside their homes.

The exact cause of panic disorder is unclear, but researchers believe the unpredictable attacks are prompted by a biochemical abnormality. Often the first attacks are triggered by physical or emotional stress involving loss or separation.

Two parallel tracks in treating panic disorder have evolved over the last 12 years - medication and behavioural or cognitive therapies. Increasingly experts acknowledge that patients frequently need a combination of drugs and psychotherapy.

Stress Management Technique

If you fail to control anger, it will reduce your social acceptance, you will lose business opportunity because it destroys relationships. From all the sources that I have read, panic attacks can literally last seconds, or they can go for more than hour. So it is not possible to state an accurate time on what duration you should expect. There are even some cases where people have reported having a panic attack for over a week! BUT those were more like a heightened anxiety state rather than a full blown panic attack.

Why Panic Attacks Can Last So Long

It is important to understand the reason why panic attacks can last so long. Really think about this, as it will give you a clue as to what you can do to limit the duration. So what is the reason? Well, because you are so frightened of panic attacks and their symptoms, you will tend to think about them more often... and so your very fears then act as the fuel needed to keep the panic attacks going for longer than is necessary. So it is a vicious circle, and it explains very well why mindfulness techniques can work as well as they do.

So those who have a short panic attack (less than a minute) are usually those who do not harbor fears about panic attacks and their symptoms.

Try to limit your focus and attention on them, remove reasons which can encourage them and see if you can reduce them to below a minute. Try relaxing breathing methods, gentle exercise and distract yourself whenever you feel stress building.

Of course ultimately, even 30 seconds is too long and you will want to remove them entirely. And the good news is that you can! There are many effective treatment out there today, and I personally found success with a revolutionary method, and I am certainly not alone.

Symptoms Of Panic Disorders

What is panic disorder?

Panic disorder is another type of anxiety. It occurs when you have repeated periods of extreme panic, called panic attacks.

Suppose one day you’re getting out of your car and about to go to work. Suddenly your chest feels tight. Your heart races. You begin to feel dizzy and think you might faint. You start to choke. You feel as if the end is near. Was it all in your head? No. most likely, you had a panic attack.

Panic attacks last about five to 30 minutes and may include all or any of the symptoms listed. Panic attacks have often been confused with heart attacks, brain tumors or other disorders. They can lead to phobias if they aren’t treated.

Panic attack symptoms

-*- Chest pressure or chest pain
-*- Pounding heart
-*- Racing pulse
-*- Tingling or numbness in the hands or feet
-*- Feeling like you’re going to choke
-*- Hot flashes or chills
-*- Dizziness or light-headedness
-*- Shortness of breath
-*- Sweating
-*- Trembling or shaking
-*- Nausea
-*- Sense of unreality or dreamlike sensations
-*- Fear of losing control, doing something embarrassing, going "crazy" or dying

What is obsessive-compulsive disorder?

Obsessive-compulsive disorder is the type of anxiety in which you have certain thoughts or ideas over and over, or do certain things over and over (rituals).

The thoughts may be unrelated to what you’re doing. They may be violent, or somehow distasteful or frightening to you. The rituals may include washing your hands because of a fear of getting an infection, constantly checking windows or doors because of a fear they may not be locked, or straightening objects because of a fear something bad might happen if they aren’t in just the right place.

Most people with obsessive-compulsive disorder know the rituals aren’t normal, but they can’t seem to stop themselves.

Fortunately there exist an immediate relief without the use of any medication Here Is How.

What Is Anxiety Disorder?

Let me start this first post and define what is anxiety?

Anxiety can be a normal "alarm system" alerting you to danger. Imagine coming home and finding a burglar in your home. Your heart beats faster. Your palms get sweaty. Your mind races. In a situation such as this, anxiety can be helpful. It can add an extra spark to help you get out of danger. Under more normal but busy times, it can give you energy to help you get things done.

But sometimes anxiety may go out of control, giving you an overwhelming sense of dread and fear for no apparent reason. This kind of anxiety can disrupt your life.

Are there different types of anxiety?

Yes. Anxiety can be a general feeling of worry, an attack of feeling panicky, a fear of a certain situation or a response to a traumatic experience.

What is generalized anxiety?

Generalized anxiety disorder is ongoing worry or fear that isn’t related to a particular event or situation, or is way out of proportion to what you would expect - for instance, constantly worrying about the health of a child who is perfectly healthy.

Symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder include muscle tension, trembling, shortness of breath, fast heartbeat, dry mouth, dizziness, nausea, irritability, loss of sleep and not being able to concentrate.

In the next post i will show you how to overcome your anxiety and panic attack unsing a simple new technique, all you need to do is to take action.
