Dealing With Anxiety Attacks

It manifests itself in a state of tension, permanent worry without any external event which explains. Those who suffer are concerned about all the time. They are unable to relax, often have trouble falling asleep, are irritable, impatient, have difficulty concentrating.

anxiety attacks are often accompanied by physical disorders: excessive sweating, stomach pain, diarrhea, needs frequent urination, cold hands, dry mouth, dizziness, headache ... This is disabling disease because it causes difficulties standing in the daily life, both at work and your daily life. It is estimated that about 3% of the population is confronted with this disorder.

It is fairly easy to understand this feeling because everyone or almost felt at one time or another a panic attack before a terrifying event. But here these crises recur frequently and without cause. Gradually anxiety attacks are getting worse because the person who is prone to this disorder will be obsessed by the fear that the crisis back, it can occur at any time and your challenge will be dealing with anxiety attacks. All mental and physical signs of anxiety are present in a form exacerbated, resulting in a major discomfort, and a feeling of unbearable oppression, which sometimes gives the impression that we are going to die or become insane.
