Panic Attack Syndrome

As a continuation of the serie of articles i publish, this article titled panic attack syndrome will try to give you some information on to how to eliminate these panic attacks and depression panic.

So let's begin:

A neurotic is not mentally ill, it does not become. The neuroses are quite serious still, since they are chronic. They lead to a social embarrassment among those who suffer, and many become an obstacle in their individual life.

Neurotic anxiety is characterized by regular occurrence, on a permanent anguish, anxiety attacks or repeated panic attack syndrome.

This neurosis develops on anxious personalities, which generally have the following characters:

An important shyness;

A great emotion and hypersensitivity;

A major difficulty in making decisions;

A state of permanent mental tension;

A search of perfection;

A need to be reassured constantly.

Anxiety attacks or panic attack syndrome are painful episodes that reflect intense fears, uncontrolled and without reason. They last a few tens of minutes to several hours. At the end of the crisis, the person is able to recognize the absurd and excessive. The characteristics of the crisis are:

* They may be more or less frequent (daily, weekly, ...) and it is their frequency that determines the impact of the disease on sick people.

* The beginning is brutal, often at night. The patient with a very strong feeling of imminent danger, disaster inevitable. Often, there is a feeling of imminent death or sink into madness.

* At the same time there is a sense of helplessness, and the belief that there is nothing to do, there is no way to avoid this danger. This conviction leads to a permanent state of agitation, or rather a turn inward and prostration.

* The subject often has difficulty breathing and a pressure of a weight on the chest, it is also common to have at the same time "dizzy": these symptoms are purely imaginary and there is not really dizziness or trouble breathing real.

* There are some physical signs that are associated with the crisis, such as increased heart rate, tremors, sweating and a pale face.

Apart from these anxiety symptoms there are a number of symptoms that are only psychological in their origin, they are not based on a biological problem but can "simulate" other health problems (fifths of coughing, difficulty breathing, feeling ball in the stomach, hiccups, heart palpitations, sexual difficulties, tremor, headache, ...).
